The Last Hours Of My 40s.
My final few hours in my 40s and it’s somewhat surreal. It would be easy to say that I don’t feel 50 years old, but that would be a cliché. If you asked me how old I feel, I would struggle to put an age on how I feel.

Training help for someone that doesn't seem to need it!
Welcome back winter! If you live in the Northeast you probably spent your long run day either inside or outside shoveling snow. I did both; waiting out the snow and then spending 3 hours snow blowing and shoveling.

Super Bowl and Running
Last night the Baltimore Ravens finished off a great run by winning the Super Bowl and John Harbaugh will have the family bragging rights, while his brother Jim will blame the lose on a bad call.
