Monday, March 12, 2012 Road run! I’m traveling this week and am at Joint Base Andrews or what use to be called Andrews AFB. Much like the Northeast, the weather was exceptionally nice, though windy.

Thursday, March 08, 2012 Return to some friends! Today was to be an easy recovery run and my wife suggested that I hold off to the evening and run with all the folks from Runners Alley.

Wednesday, March 07, 2012 Tempo Run Day! Today was a day that I was a bit worried about. Yesterday’s run was hell on me and even last night my legs felt horrible.

Tuesday, March 06, 2012 Recovery run day! Today was an easy 5 miles that I ran with my wife. My legs were still smarting from the 14 miles I ran on Sunday and an easy run was probably all I had in me.
